Is this TRT?
When testosterone replacement is indicated, yes. Every protocol is designed by a board-certified physician who reviews your full lab panel and health history before prescribing. We do not prescribe testosterone to anyone whose labs and history do not support it.
What if my labs come back normal?
You will still have a physician consultation to review symptoms and rule out other causes. If TRT is not indicated, we will tell you and will not prescribe it. There is no pressure to sell you a protocol.
How is this different from a low-T clinic?
60+ biomarkers reviewed, not 3. A board-certified physician designs your protocol — not an algorithm. Flat $149/month with no contracts, no upsells, no product commissions.
Can I stay on my current TRT protocol?
Yes. Bring your current labs and prescription. Your GPLX physician will review, and if the protocol is appropriate, continue it with proper monitoring. If it needs adjustment, they will explain why.
What medications might I be prescribed?
When indicated: testosterone (injection, cream, or pellet based on lifestyle and biology), hCG or enclomiphene to preserve fertility, anastrozole for estradiol management. Every choice is physician-led.
Are labs and medications extra?
Labs are billed by the lab (Quest or LabCorp) and are typically covered by insurance. Medications are billed by the dispensing pharmacy and priced transparently — no markup, no product commission.
