How It Works

Three phases. Physician-led throughout.

1

Intake & Labs

Symptom review, medical history, and full lab panel — including hormones, thyroid, and metabolic markers that are commonly missed.

2

Protocol Design

Your physician reviews every marker and designs a personalized HRT plan when indicated — dose, route, and any adjuncts.

3

Continue & Follow

Medication ships when indicated. Quarterly labs and physician visits to adjust as your body and symptoms evolve.

Program FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you prescribe bioidentical hormones?
When appropriate, yes. Bioidentical estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone are prescribed alongside FDA-approved products. The choice depends on your labs, symptoms, and goals — decided by your physician, not by inventory.
Is this only for menopause?
No. We treat perimenopause (often years before menopause), menopause, and post-menopause. Also women with symptomatic hormone imbalances at any age when supported by labs and history.
What about my thyroid?
Full thyroid panel is included at intake — TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and TPO antibodies. Thyroid dysfunction is often the missed diagnosis behind perimenopause-like symptoms.
Can I stay on my current HRT?
Yes. Bring your current labs and prescription. Your GPLX physician will review, continue with proper monitoring if appropriate, or explain any recommended changes.
What about weight gain during perimenopause?
Hormone shifts, insulin resistance, and thyroid changes all play a role. We look at all three. If weight management medications are indicated, they can be added to your protocol — physician-led, never automatic.
Are labs and medications extra?
Labs are billed by the lab (Quest or LabCorp) and are typically covered by insurance. Medications are billed by the dispensing pharmacy at transparent pricing.

A note on safety

Every protocol on GPLX is designed and prescribed by a board-certified physician after reviewing your full lab panel and health history. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee outcomes and never prescribe medication that is not clinically indicated for you. This program is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
