How It Works

Three phases. Physician-led throughout.

1

Advanced Intake

Longevity-focused intake including family history, prior imaging, lifestyle patterns, and comprehensive lab panel with advanced markers.

2

Risk Assessment

Physician reviews every marker with cardiovascular, metabolic, and longevity lenses — designs an intervention plan targeting upstream risks.

3

Long-Term Follow

Interventions started when indicated. Comprehensive relabs twice yearly plus quarterly physician touchpoints to track trends over time.

Expected Timeline

A realistic picture, not a promise.

Biology varies. These are typical checkpoints for patients on the program — not guarantees.

Week 1

Consultation & labs

Advanced intake, family history review, comprehensive lab panel ordered.

Week 2-4

Baseline & plan

Physician review, risk assessment, personalized intervention plan.

Month 3

First trend check

Follow-up on any medications started, symptom check, adjustment.

Month 6+

Long-term tracking

Comprehensive relabs Q1/Q4 to track biomarker trends over years, not months.

Program FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this just supplements?
No. We are not a supplement store. Interventions are evidence-based and physician-led. When indicated, that may include lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation, or pharmacotherapy (statins, GLP-1s, metformin, HRT). No product commissions, ever.
Do you do genetic testing?
Not at this time. Current evidence supports biomarker-driven decisions over broad genetic screening for most patients. Your physician will discuss when a specific genetic test would meaningfully change management.
What about NAD, peptides, and other longevity therapies?
Some peptides and interventions are supported by evidence for specific indications and are prescribed when appropriate. Others are marketing. Your physician will explain the evidence for each and never recommend something for revenue.
Do you cover cardiovascular imaging?
We coordinate with imaging when indicated — coronary calcium scoring, carotid ultrasound, etc. Imaging is ordered and billed separately by the imaging center.
What if I am healthy already?
Then the value is trend tracking. Advanced biomarkers, physician review, and a plan that catches upstream risks early — before they become downstream disease.
Are labs and medications extra?
Yes. Labs are billed by the lab (Quest or LabCorp) and typically covered by insurance. Medications when prescribed are billed by the dispensing pharmacy at transparent pricing.

A note on safety

Every protocol on GPLX is designed and prescribed by a board-certified physician after reviewing your full lab panel and health history. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee outcomes and never prescribe medication that is not clinically indicated for you. This program is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
