GPLX was founded on a simple observation: the state of hormone and longevity care in the United States is not what it should be. Primary care physicians rarely have time to review the full picture. Direct-to-consumer clinics chase a single lab value and sell a subscription. Boutique practices charge for concierge access without changing the underlying medicine.
We looked at what was missing and built for it. Every GPLX member gets a full biomarker panel at intake — 60+ markers spanning hormones, metabolic, cardiovascular, kidney, and safety systems. A board-certified physician reviews the whole picture, not just the flags, and designs a protocol tuned to the member’s biology and goals.
Membership is a flat monthly or annual fee. There are no product commissions and no hidden upsells. Medications, when indicated, are prescribed at pharmacy cost. If a protocol is not appropriate, the physician says so and does not prescribe it.

GPLX is directed by a board-certified medical team with training across internal medicine, endocrinology, and preventive medicine. Our physicians hold active state licenses in every jurisdiction where GPLX operates, and clinical protocols are reviewed against current U.S. specialty society guidance.
All clinical decisions — from lab interpretation to medication selection — are made by a licensed physician. Care coordinators support scheduling and messaging but do not make clinical decisions.
Once your consultation is scheduled, you will see your treating physician’s name, credentials, and state license on your patient portal.
