This Privacy Policy explains how GPLX (Genesis Longevity & Wellness) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, submit an intake, enroll in a membership, or otherwise interact with our Services. Please read our Notice of Privacy Practices for information about Protected Health Information (“PHI”) governed by HIPAA.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our public website, intake forms, membership onboarding, customer communications, and platform services. It does not apply to:

  • Information that constitutes Protected Health Information (“PHI”) processed by GPLX on behalf of a covered entity (including Elite Care Health) or business associate — that information is governed by HIPAA, the applicable Business Associate Agreement, and our Notice of Privacy Practices;
  • Information that Elite Care Health, Rx Ave Health, or other providers or partners collect and control under their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, government-issued ID, payment information, intake responses, communications with us, and photos or documents you upload.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, referring URL, pages viewed, and interaction data through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from partners: we may receive information from Elite Care Health, Rx Ave Health, our payment processor, lab partners, and analytics providers as needed to provide the Services.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Facilitate provider consultations, treatment planning, and prescription fulfillment;
  • Process payments and administer memberships;
  • Communicate with you about your account, treatment, refills, and updates;
  • Personalize content and recommendations;
  • Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms;
  • Analyze site usage and improve marketing.

4. How We Share Information

We share information:

  • With Elite Care Health (independent physician group) to enable Provider review and clinical care;
  • With Rx Ave Health and other licensed pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions;
  • With laboratory partners we or your Provider engage for lab work;
  • With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, analytics, email, customer support) under written agreements that require them to protect the information;
  • To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, or safety;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you as required;
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. If we ever share information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will treat that as a “sale” or “share” under applicable state privacy laws and provide the opt-outs described in our California Privacy Rights notice.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and vendor safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Medical records maintained by Elite Care Health are retained under the record-retention rules that apply to that provider.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may:

  • Access, update, or correct your account information from your account settings;
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link (transactional emails will still be sent);
  • Contact support@gplxlife.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

California residents have additional rights described in our California Privacy Rights notice.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. International Users

The Services are operated from and intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to and processing in the United States.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, if the changes are material, notify you by email or on the Services.
